AME Luxe operates as a luxury concierge service offering an online platform where customers can purchase curated luxury items sourced from various vendors. Each product is selected to meet our quality standards, and prices include a markup to reflect our curation and service efforts.
Product Information
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of products. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, images, or other content are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by AME Luxe is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment must be received in full before the dispatch of any products.
Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order signifies your intention to purchase a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by AME Luxe, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Shipping and Delivery
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- If an item is sourced from an external vendor, processing may take up to 5 business days, and customers will be informed accordingly.
Delivery Timeframes:
United Kingdom (Domestic)
- Standard Delivery (3-5 business days) – Free on orders over £250, otherwise £5.99
- Express Delivery (Next-Day, if ordered before 2 PM) – £12.99
- Same-Day Delivery (London only, if ordered before 12 PM) – £29.99
International Shipping
- Standard International (5-10 business days) – £19.99 (Europe) / £29.99 (Rest of World)
- Express International (2-5 business days) – £39.99 (Europe) / £49.99 (Rest of World)
Luxury Concierge Delivery (Premium White-Glove Service)
For VIP clients, we offer a bespoke hand-delivery service for ultra-luxury and high-value orders. Pricing varies based on location and urgency. Contact concierge@ameluxury.com for details.
Tracking & Insurance
- All orders come with tracking information, sent via email upon dispatch.
- Orders over £500 are fully insured against loss or damage.
Customs & Duties
- International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
- We provide accurate documentation to ensure smooth clearance, but delays due to customs are beyond our control.
We use trusted couriers such as DHL Express, FedEx, and Royal Mail to ensure secure and timely deliveries.
Returns and Refunds
- Return Policy: You may return products within 30 days of receipt if they are in their original, unused condition.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or bespoke items, perishable goods, and items designated as “final sale” cannot be returned.
Limitation of Liability
AME Luxe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.
Intellectual Property
All content on the AME Luxe website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of AME Luxury or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
